Interment.net Now Available via RSS Newsfeed

Genealogists can now keep track of the latest cemetery transcriptions published on Interment.net through an RSS newsfeed. The website, which has published transcriptions of tombstones and sexton records from over 8,300 cemeteries around the world, has dropped its mailing list in favor of RSS news delivery.

According to Interment.net, the mailing list has become too expensive and too unreliable, with about 50% of the e-mails being undeliverable due to tougher spam filters and bad e-mail addresses.

Note this website also carries announcements of new transcriptions published on Interment.net.
